Speaker: Levia Ostrove-Pound

Levia is the head of school and SENCO at Ann Bernadt Nursery School in Southwark. She has been teaching in the early years for sixteen years. She has been lucky enough to travel to Sweden and Berlin to see the work that other countries are doing to ensure young children are not given limiting notions of gender from a young age.

An introduction into supporting staff to begin to eradicate gender stereotypes, supporting parents and staff to understand the importance of this change and ensuring all children have the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
